This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you use the quote form on this website. MK Fire & Security is the controller of this information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in, anything you write about the job, and your email address if you choose to give it. We also record the date and time the enquiry was sent.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract with us. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored on a secure server that we control, with access limited to us. This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles web traffic on our behalf to keep the site fast and protected from attacks.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the work we carry out for you.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, call us on 0330 229 7025.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
